Fall Bragbooks Page Two FREEBIE

Hello again! Thanks for stopping by and taking a look around. I'm still reading the book called, "Help Me, I have A Teenager!!" by Annie Drake, MA, RN, CS, LMFT. Did you know that you can have your teen lecture you? It's great. Rather than lecturing your teen, because they already know our lectures and have them numbered, lol, instead we ask them questions as they tell us about their ideas and such that provoke mature insight. Only we can do this since their peers do not have the experience or wisdom to ask the right questions that will correctly and safely steer our teen. It also prevents their fighting against us and our lectures because it makes them do the thinking and they are the ones that come to the final (and hopefully correct) conclusion because we've only guided them there. Sometimes it takes a number of conversations before the points get across. Does this make sense? Annie Drake really gets into explaining this and it's excellent. I'm sure my daughter will be thrilled with having no lectures.... unless I fall into temptation and forget to ask questions instead. Anyway, today I have page 2 of the Fall Bragbooks for you. We continue with the Night Owl kit. Grab your freebie here for the next five days :)

See you soon with another freebie!
