Young Women Manual 3 Lesson 24: Agency

Agency is the topic of Lesson 24.I think of the question my daughter asked me once when I started to write something that went with this handout. She looked at me and said "Why does grandpa smoke if he knows it is wrong?" What a great chance to teach her about agency. I explained that even though he knows it is wrong he was blessed with the gift of agency the right to choose between right and wrong. She didn't quite get it still but with further explanation of her agency to do her chores and not be in trouble or not do her chores and get in trouble. She started to see how agency works. What a great gift that Our Father in Heaven has given us to be able to choose right or wrong to make those decisions to learn and to grow to become more like him!

So, I made a handout for each one! lol! I hope you like them. New Kits! Choice and Accountability, Weiner Roast, and 2 CU Kits!

I excited to introduce the release of 4 kits: Choice and Accountability, Wiener Roast, and two sets of CU kits - Flowers and Swirls and Butterfly Garden. All of these kits can be found in my stores which can be found in the upper right corner of this blog.

This kit is based off the LDS Young Women Value, Choice and Accountability and is very versatile. Although all eight of the values are represented in this kit by their respective colors (Faith-White, Divine Nature-Blue, Individual Worth-Red, Choice and Accountability-Orange, Knowledge-Green, Good Works-Yellow, Integrity-Purple, and Virtue-Gold) for the purposes of Choice and Accountability, its theme includes a wide variety of street signs and compasses, both temporal and spiritual, which begs the question, "which way should you go?" It's a huge kit with 1 complete alpha (including upper and lower case, numbers and symbols), 62 individual elements (163 after some duplicates have been recolored) and 51 papers. Temple Ye Are FREEBIE

Tonight's freebie is a morphing that I did for a class assignment. I chose to morph a girl into a temple to depict that our bodies are temples. I created an embroidery look for each one using all of the Young Women value colors. I hope you like this freebie and can find it useful! :) You can download it here at 4Shared.
